Before investing money in land or a business, it is essential to go though stages of "Due Diligence" to determine if it is worthwhile - or not.
We provide initial "Short Form" analysis and detailed "Spread Sheet" analysis. Every lender or financier will need this information before agreeing to supply financing. A purchaser will also need it before signing a purchase agreement.
Seeing it in black & white makes a hypothetical situation more tangible. Using more than just a "guesstimate" eliminates uncertainty, frustrations, unnecessary cost, and perhaps ultimately failure.
ALR - Land Exclusion Applications
- Initial research assessment of subject lands being thought for removal.

NAMREX offers these services on a "fee for service" basis. Clients determine the extent of assistance required and can terminate* at any stage.
*Termination is effective after written notice is received by NAMREX, all outstanding charges have been paid in full, and a final report of findings issued by NAMREX to the client has been acknowledged.
