All properties placed in NAMREX's OMM program can be found quickly and easily in a separate well advertised section of the NAMREX website. The site receives the same exposure, as all other Real Estate going through NAMREX, but is limited to essential information only.
Vendors under the OMM program are free to use additional means to market their Real Estate.
Appraisals establish what similar homes have been selling for. An appraiser makes adjustments in differences, adding and subtracting for individual items and features. The end result is an appraisal report, which is accepted by most financial institutions.
It will facilitate a mortgage application, which may be made by the purchaser of your home.
An appraisal will give you peace of mind as to what the value of your home is as seen through the purchaser's eyes. This will help to set a selling price. The purchaser will be able to move more decisively in making the offer. In the end it may encourage the purchaser to make a better offer than would otherwise be the case.
Should you need assistance at any stage of selling, negotiating or closing activities, we can assist you and charge you only for the time spent working for you.
A flat fee will be payable at the time of order for a twelve (12) month period. This is for a full page ad display in our OMM Section for Homes with a value of up to $500,000.00 Includes up to 5 colour photographs, up to 150 words of descriptive text by owner, a map link to the area. Additional marketing support can be rented separately, and is itemized below.
A professional NAMREX Sign
The sign tells onlookers, that this property is for sale by the owner. Sign shows only the owners phone number and the NAMREX website address, so passers-by can view details of the owners home on the NAMREX website. On the website viewers will also find a fax number (if available). Names and actual address are not shown for privacy reasons, unless requested by the owner in writing.
In addition to this, a Broadcaster can be rented. The Broadcaster sits inside your home and is auto activated 24/7 by anyone sitting in their car in front of your home and tuning in, as instructed on the sign supplied with the Broadcaster. The Broadcaster will repeat a 4 minute message about the features of your home, as long as the car radio stays tuned in. This permits onlookers to find out details you want them to know, without disturbing you, if the basic information does not meet their criteria of needs. The message content is entirely your choice. NAMREX can assist if desired.

Note: Above prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include delivery or installation. Deposits on all rentals are required, which will be returned upon receiving rentals back in good condition and without damage. The same shall apply for any extension purchased.
No matter if the vendor is relocating in the same city, or going to another province or country, NAMREX can assist to make that often unnerving experience of moving as pleasant as possible by providing contacts to address your individual needs. NAMREX does not do the moving for you, but it can take the hassle out of it.

No other services are included within this marketing offer to vendors opting to sell their own properties.
Vendors are welcome to avail themselves of all consulting services offered by NAMREX under the stated conditions.
Purchasers enquiring at NAMREX may contact the vendor directly or write an offer through NAMREX.
To allow purchasers to write an offer through NAMREX the vendor must sign an authorization agreeing to a fee(in addition to any ad fees already paid) payable for an offer to purchase brought by NAMREX and accepted by the vendor. The authorization does not constitute an exclusive marketing agreement. Vendors are free to do as they wish without further obligation. The fee can be calculated using the fee wizard.
