Consulting fees charged by NAMREX are based on hourly performance and quoted on inquiry. When purchasing, vendor paid fees ( transaction generated ) are applied against consulting fees incurred by the purchaser. As a result there are likely no fees payable by the purchaser. To the contrary, by actively participating in the search for the desired Real Estate, a purchaser may qualify for up to $1,000.00 of pre-paid legal fees of the closing cost.
